Has the Holy Spirit been drawing you to explore the Catholic faith? A new round of inquiry classes is offered each fall.
These classes are for those considering becoming Catholic, non-Catholics who have questions about the Catholic faith, and adults who were baptized Catholic but who haven't been confirmed. There is no obligation or commitment to become Catholic during the fall sessions.
Those wishing to move forward with preparing for the sacraments of Baptism and/or Confirmation will continue the process, culminating in being received into the Church at the Easter Vigil.
Classes meet each Wednesday evening and cover basic topics such as salvation, prayer, the Trinity, the Mass, Mary, and the sacraments. If you are interested, please call Kelly at the church office, 775-8850, or fill out a membership info request card available in the back of church.
Do you feel called to pass your faith on by assisting with RCIA or RCIC? Call us. You can join one of the existing teaching teams. Our wonderful, experienced catechists and program leaders will mentor you.
Have you ever asked yourself, "Am I really doing the work that God has called me to do?" Spiritual gifts differ from person to person, and it can be difficult to know exactly what work the Holy Spirit is asking you to undertake. This can lead to over-volunteering and burnout.
Called & Gifted Phase 1 is a five week course that will introduce you to the amazing variety of spiritual gifts and help you begin discerning which ones are entrusted to you for the building up of God's kingdom and how to use them more effectively to help others grow closer to Christ. These gifts are not only used in the church but also in the wider community.
Do you want to learn more about your Catholic faith? Do you want to increase your knowledge and understanding of the Sacred Scriptures?
Come, Lord Jesus! is an amazing program where small Catholic faith groups come together to read, discuss and reflect on the Sunday readings proclaimed at Mass, grow in their understanding of what the Catholic Church teaches through the study of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, experience the power of unified prayer, and grow in a deeper personal relationship with God. For more Information call the church office, 775-8850. We'd love to hear from you!
